estate jewelry show

My interest in history extends to my love for antiques and vintage jewelry.  And I'm very excited to announce our Estate Jewelry Show happening this week at dmg. It's a three-day event (May 19-21) full of unique and interesting jewelry including pins, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets!  Come experience history and select your special piece from a collection of Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco and Retro Periods, as well as contemporary pieces.

modern cameo

I've always found cameos appealing.  I like their sense of history (the technique goes back to the Romans) and they seem to tell a story too, which I like (yes, I have both a B.A. and Masters in art history!).

One of the jewelers I represent at dmg is Hannah Blount and I love her modern version of cameo jewelry with her grey lady rings. There's something mysterious, yet calming about them. Can't really explain it, but trust me, they're intriguing and a must-have for all ring lovers! Just ordered the small one in silver with a diamond, but I've a feeling I'll be ordering one in gold too :)
